Customer Communication

TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)

TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) is a core concept in IT procurement. It serves as a reminder: **The number on the quote is not your real cost.**

Real Cost = Software Fees + Platform Fees + Implementation Fees + Training Fees + Integration/Development Fees + Maintenance Fees + Exit Costs.

Salesforce's implementation fees can range from $50,000 to $150,000. This won't appear in a monthly usage quote. Ada's minimum annual commitment is $30,000+. This won't appear in an advertisement claiming "$1 per use."

**When comparing AI customer service, don't compare "$X per use." Compare "What will my actual bill look like after one year?"**
