Framing Shapes Perception

Behavioral economics’ framing effect is nakedly visible in deposit conversations.

- **Risk frame**: “Reservation requires a 500 NTD deposit” → client reads: “I might lose 500 NTD” → hesitation.
- **Transaction frame**: “90-minute facial 1,800 NTD; pay 500 NTD now, fully offset on the day” → client reads: “first installment of a payment plan” → natural.

Same amount, two frames, two booking rates. The difference lies in whether the deposit is placed inside the “total price context” and described as a possible loss or an already-paid amount.

The three scripts are simply three ways to position the deposit in the right frame.
